Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) results from an enzymatic defect in the biosynthetic pathway of adrenal steroids, mostly 21 hydroxilase. This enzyme deficiency results in reduced production of cortisol and the accumulation of hormonal precursors, some of which produce androgenic effects. In this case report, we aimed to present the ultrasonographic findings in a prepubertal boy manifesting with CAH and to emphasize the role of ultrasonography in the follow up of treat-ment.
