Kawasakis disease, sometimes called mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome, is first described by Kawasaki in 1967. The disease is an acute febrile ilines of infancy and early childhood, charecterized by multiple organ system inflammation and diffuse arteritis.
Myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction are the most serious complications of coronary artery lesions in children with Kawasaki Disease.
We wanted to reviewed with literature, a case with Kawasaki disease, had had an acute myocardial ischemia while he was operated.
