Focal nodular hyperplasia is the second most common benign liver tumor after cavernous hemangioma, constituting 8 % of primary liver tumors in autopsy series. In our case report, we have described two focal nodular hyperplasia lesions with typical magnetic resonance imaging features. Besides, similiarly to cases in the literature, we have demostrated a concomitant hemangioma and multiple cysts in the liver. Due to magnetic resonance imaging provides a definitive diagnosis in FNH cases, there is no need biopsy.
