8 - Superimposed preeclampsia and hellp syndrome developing in a patient with secondary chronic hypertension

The etiology of hypertension should be carefully searched in chronic hypertensive pregnant women. In patients with diagnosis of seconder hypertension, precise examinations for identifying the etiology must be throughfully made, patients should be grouped as low or high risk before pregnancy and then appropriate therapy and follow-up must be planned.
