13 - A case of idiopathic atrophoderma of pasini and pierini

Idiopathic Atrophoderma of Pasini and Pierini (IAPP) is characterized by round or ovoid, blue-brown depressed atrophic plaques with typical cliff- borders. The lesions are lokalized on trunk symmetrically. Many patients are women and is seen usually in second-third decades.
Because of IAPP is a very rare disease, we decided to present a patient who was diagnosed as IAPP.
