OBJECTIVE: in this study, we have evaulate, retrospectively, the treatment of 327 patients who had been diagnosed with Breast Cancer.
STUDY DESIGN: 327 patients who reciev·e:d treatments ( Radiotherapy, systematic chemotheraphy, horomonetheraphy and combined therapies) had been stuided under prognostic factors and /oca/-regional reoccurance but also in distant metastatic occurance periods.
RESULTS: 245 patients recieved adjacent-externalradiotherapy (4600 6000 cGy), 72 patient recieved no radiotheraphy and 10 patients stopped radiotherapy, before comp/etion. 208 patients received adjuvan systematic chemotheraphy (CMF or FFEC), 263 patients received adjuvan hormonotherahpy (Tamoksifen 20 mglday.). 20.1 %of the patient (65 people) received only radiotherahpy, 6.7 % (22 people) only chemothrepahy, 49.5 % (162 people) radiotheraphy+chemotheraphy, 7.3% (24 people) chemotheraphy+hormonotheraphy and 8.2% (28 people) received radio theraphy+hormonotheraphy.
CONCULSION: Distant metastases had been /east observed in patients who received: Surgury+radiotherapy+chemotherapy, patiens receivinğ combined treatment methods approximaıely 70% survial rates
