Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC) is a very rare congenital cardiovascular malformation. The most common clinical findings in the early neonatal period are tachypnea and central cyanosis. The prognosis is pretty good with early diagnosis and treatment. Keywords: Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection, newborn, early diagnosis
